Step 3: Add Some Sparkle or Flow

Craving shimmer, lava flows, dripping effects, or coffee-inspired vibes? We've got you covered!

Pick Your Glitter or Flow and leave color preferences in the notes section!🌈

Flow Choices:
Slow Flow - Glitter moves slowly and settles in 3+ hours. Shake gently to refresh.

Medium Flow - Glitter swirls quickly like a snow globe. Settles in under 2 minutes.

Tinted Fluid - Looks like coffee or milk (white, chocolate, strawberry)—or any color you love!

Drip / Lava Drip - Honey or Lava lamp vibes! Choose up to 2 colors. Flip the cup to activate the effect. (DO NOT SHAKE)

Final Touches - Each cup has its own pricing and upgrade options. Make sure to choose last selections at checkout!

POLICIES

Return & Cancellation Policy
Although we don’t accept returns, please email our customer service team at thecozycreative.shop@gmail.com for any questions regarding your order.

Custom Orders
Please note that custom cups, beaded items and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Items purchased on sale or during a sale event are also final sale.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within one hour of purchase (if it has not been made). Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or changed.

Shipping & Delivery
The Cozy Creative is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been scanned by the mail carrier. Tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout.
If your package is lost, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address cannot be refunded or replaced.

PROCESSING INFO

If you ordered during a LIVE SALE, cup processing time depends on your placement in line.

Each snow globe cup is handmade with care, and you may notice a small air bubble inside — this is completely normal! It helps prevent pressure build-up during shipping and keeps your cup safe on its way to you.

When your snow globe cup arrives, shake it! The glitter will settle during transit. For drips or lava flow, tilt it back and forth to reactivate.

Please Note:
• All custom cup sales are final, as each one is made uniquely for you.
• Once a package has been scanned by the mail carrier, The Cozy Creative is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.
• Tracking information will be sent to the email you provided at checkout.
• If your package is lost in transit, we kindly ask that you contact your mail carrier to file a claim.
